Mr. Choudhary is a graduate in law from Government Law College (Mumbai). He has been at the helm of this company since 1980. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business including overseeing designing, sample development, production and sales.

Ayush is a graduate in business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a postgraduate in management from the London School of Economics and has been with the company since 2008. Ayush is also closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and oversees international marketing. He has also started the retail arm of the business.
